After purchasing your country, regional, or global package, please follow the steps in the “User Guide” from the menu. The guide includes instructions for both Android and iOS.
If your eSIM still doesn’t work, you can contact our 24/7 support team for help.
When you open the app for the first time, you’ll get a prompt telling you if your device is eSIM compatible.
You can also check the full list of supported devices in the “Supported Devices” section in the menu.
Note: If your device supports eSIM but the prompt does not appear, you can also check manually by dialing *06#. If your phone shows an “EID,” it means your device supports eSIM.

If you bought a package by mistake or postponed your trip, you can apply for a refund in the “Activate Bundle” tab at the bottom of the app.

When you select a destination in the Regional or Global tab, the app will show you the available bundles.
On the payment screen, you can view additional information, including the list of supported countries.
You can see your remaining data and validity in the “Active Bundle” tab at the bottom of the app.
You will also receive notifications when you use 70%, 80%, or 90% of your data.
Yes, you can buy extra data from the “Active Bundle” tab.

A top-up only adds data, not extra days.
If you need more days as well as data, you should buy a new bundle for your destination.
